This policy explains how NOVADENT Clinic handles information you submit through the appointment booking form on this website.
Information you provide
The booking form asks for your name, email address, phone number, preferred appointment date and time, and selected dental service. If you choose “Other,” you may also provide a short description. A selected dental service or description may reveal information about your health, so please share only what is needed to arrange your appointment.
How we use it
We use these details to review and respond to your appointment request, contact you about scheduling, manage clinic appointments, and maintain clinic administrative records. Submitting a request does not itself confirm an appointment; the clinic will contact you.
Storage and people who process the information
Booking records are stored by the website on its Hostinger-hosted server and calendar database, and are available to authorized clinic administrators for clinic operations.
NOVADENT uses Brevo to deliver appointment notification emails to the clinic. The information included in those notifications is processed by Brevo under its own terms and privacy practices, and may be handled in locations outside Lebanon. Please review Brevo’s privacy information before submitting if you have concerns.
The appointment page also loads a Botpress chat widget. Information you choose to share in that chat may be processed by Botpress. Website resources such as fonts, calendar controls, and icons are loaded from third-party providers, which may receive technical connection information such as your IP address and browser details.
Retention
We keep booking and appointment records for as long as needed to manage requests, clinic operations, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. The booking software does not currently automatically delete records on a fixed schedule.
Your requests and questions
You may contact the clinic to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted. We may need to retain some records for clinic or legal recordkeeping obligations. Contact carlayaacoub@hotmail.com or call +961 81 281 206.
Security and emergencies
We use administrative access controls for the calendar, but no website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not use the booking form for urgent dental care; call the clinic directly at +961 81 281 206.
